The Prince's Table
At Terre del Principe the cuisine is a way to coddle the wine tourist. We are not a restaurant, but we love to share with our guests a nice country day. For this reason in the kitchen there is Manuela with her brother Maurizio. She decides the guests's menu according to the rhythms of the season the vegetables, meets, cheeses and according to the rhithms of her hearth the recipes of family memories. Every product has been choosen with attention, (black Casertano pigs, mozzarella of bufala, "laticauda" lambs of the Matese mount, farmyard chickens) cooked with our extravirgin olive oil and every recipe is thought in harmony with our wines, Pallagrello Bianco, Pallagrello Nero and Casavecchia. Because at Terre del Principe everything happens with passion and for passion.
The Prince’s Table is open every Sunday and, in the week, only on reservation.
