- Mascioni, age 11 anni.

Training: organic. No pesticides, no herbicides, wild grassing to increase the biodiversity. Leaf stripping and green pruning in the end of July, less thinning.

Harvest 2015: September 10-20. By hand, in 15 kg. small cases

Yield per hectar 2014: 60 q.li/ha - 35 hl/ha

Production 2015 : 12.000 bottles

Alcohol : 13,5%

Ph : 3,20

Residual sugars: 2 gr/l.

Dry extract: 26,50 gr/l.

Acidity: 6 gr/l.

Malic acid:  2 gr/l.

Volatile acidity: 0,35

Sulphur dioxide: 70 mg/l.

Vinification: selection by hand, soft crushing and pressing, fermentation in stainless still, temperature between 57-59° F., stay on noble lesses for 6 months, reefing 3 months in bottle.

Tasting notes: the wine is light straw-yellow in colour, with highlights; its perfumes include notes of fresh fruit, from apples, pineapple, and melon. To the palate the wine is balanced, with persistently aromatic flavours, and a long finish of dried apricots.
