Our company, always ready for new challenges, is busy with several collaborations, whether with the university or with research centres in the winemaking sector.

 

In 2005 Terre del Principe initiated a study programme with the Faculty of Agriculture of the University of Foggia, hosting apprenticeships from the Science of Food Technology in their very own building.

 

 

 

For a project of communication sciences on the rediscovery of the native vines Pallagrello and Casavecchia, Terre del Principe is a centre for an apprenticeship in “Master in Scientific Communication and Broadcasting” of the University of Naples “Federico II".

 

 

In 2008 Terre del Principe was a centre for a stage of University of Gastronomic Sciences of Slow Food Foundation di Pollenzo, as finally apprenticeship in "Master in Gastronomic Sciences and Quality Products". The winery was also selected for an important visit of territorial stage in Campania of a class of the same University.
 

 

 

After the recovery of the Casavecchia, Pallagrello Nero and Pallagrello Bianco species, a relationship and collaboration continues with Centro Sperimentale dei Vivai Cooperativi Rauscedo. The study aims to improve the selection of vine species, making use of various clones of the native vine species of the Volturno Valley.
